Description
ATY-RD110 is a dispersant containing pigment-affinity groups, serving as a
wetting and dispersing agent for solvent-based, solvent-free coatings, and
printing inks. It stabilizes inorganic pigments, particularly titanium dioxide,
and significantly reduces the viscosity of grinding slurries.

◆ATY-RD110 is suitable for various polarity systems, demonstrating
exceptional performance particularly in medium-to-high polarity systems. It
significantly enhances the base material's wetting and dispersion capabilities
for pigments and fillers, reduces system viscosity, improves flowability,
and shortens grinding and dispersion time.
◆ ATY-RD110 is especially suitable for viscosity reduction and wetting/
dispersion in systems such as SMC, BMC, and ceramic slurries.
Application
ATY-RD110 is recommended to use in solvent borne coating systems.
Usually, it should be charged before the grind stage during the produce,
with1% to 5% to other inorganic pigment, with 2% to 4% toTiO2.
